200g stone axe full blood wagyu patty, aged Swiss gruyere, dark miso caramelised onion, truffle jus, fresh grated Melanosporum truffle, Sonoma glazed bun, black truffle fries.

Potato gnocchi, fresh grated Melanosporum truffle
