• Is this an 18+ event?

  This is an over 18’s event, meaning persons under the age of 18 are not permitted. Proof of age identification must be presented before entry to the event. Identification must match the name on the ticket that was supplied at the time of purchase.

• What's included in the ticket?

  General admission tickets include entry to Cruise Bar (level 1 & 2), and our food package (details above).

  VIP Rooftop tickets include entry to The Rooftop, and our premium food and beverage package (details above).

  Please note: While there will be ample seating available, seating is not guaranteed and will be done on a first-come-first served basis.

• What time should I get there?

  Doors open at 6pm. We recommend getting to the city as early as possible to avoid the crowd and road closures by the authorities.

• How do I get to Cruise Bar?

  We strongly recommend that you arrive at Cruise Bar early to avoid disappointment as the precinct may be closed off after a certain time

  Entry point is via Gate 7, near Four Seasons Hotel, 199 George St, then traversing to Gate 10 to access the Overseas Passenger Terminal.

  Please note: Due to authorities, gate may change closer to the date. You will be notified via SMS and we will be providing a map of the entry points.

• CAN YOU SEE THE OPERA HOUSE AND HARBOUR BRIDGE?

  You will have unobstructed views of the Opera House fireworks display. There will be a limited view of the Harbour Bridge.

• WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT FINISH?

  Our NYE party will be finishing up at 2am.
